About Us

Our Legacy of Care and Innovation

From a small engineering-driven startup in 1997 to becoming India's trusted medical equipment brand, our journey is driven by innovation, quality, and purpose.

One of the very few Indian companies manufacturing neonatal equipment completely in-house

Built with design, tooling, molding, engineering & assembly under one roof

What This Journey Means to Us

  • Not just milestones, but lives touched.
  • Not just products, but purpose-built solutions.
  • Keep evolving, caring, and protecting the most fragile lives.
1997

Founded in Chennai with one belief: Every newborn deserves a safe start to life — regardless of where they are born.

1998-2002

Began designing neonatal warmers, phototherapy units, and incubators — giving Indian hospitals access to reliable, homegrown NICU solutions for the first time.

2003

Entered respiratory care with India’s first locally developed Air-Oxygen Blender & Bubble CPAP, making non-invasive neonatal care more accessible.

2008

Proudly introduced the first in-house Respiratory Humidifier made in India, reducing import dependency and making life-saving technology affordable.

2010

Achieved ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 Certifications — marking our transition from a domestic manufacturer to a globally recognized quality-driven medical device company.

2014

Our technology crossed borders — exporting to Asia (Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Bangladesh) and proving that “Made in India” could compete with the world.

2016

Earned CE Certification, unlocking global trust and enabling our products to support newborns across continents.

2018

Expanded our footprint across the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia — bringing critical care technology to regions with the greatest need.

2020

Launched Smart NICU solutions — integrating IoT, sensors, data monitoring, and safety intelligence into medical equipment for better clinical decisions.

2024

Advancing into the future — building next-generation systems: Syringe Pumps, Whole-Body Cooling Therapy, Nitric Oxide Delivery, and AI-powered neonatal monitoring.
